Relaxing Day 8

Relaxing

A brisk walk on a blustery day along the beach instantly blows away all the niggles and narks as the waves crash destructively onto the beach, whipping up a spray of salty air, coating my skin and tangling my hair. I love the sound of the water rushing back into the sea over shingle. There is nothing like it and words fail me to describe it. But then why not experience it for yourself; feel the power of the sea, lick your lips. Taste it. Do not question how  a dramatic scene can leave you feeling tranquil.
