This is Indi, my gorgeous cat.
Unfortunately, he has the right raving hump with me.
And not because I take silly pictures of him with pink and purple flowers. It's because I disappeared for two weeks on holiday. And then after being back for two days, I disappeared again for a week.
It's not like I abandoned him. My lovely sister fed him, gave him lots of strokes and kept him company while we were all away in Spain. He was spoilt! Lots!
My Hubby and boy were here when I was in Suffolk so he wasn't alone then. And they fussed over him.
I take oodles of pics of Indi. I let him sleep on my bed. Shhh, don't tell Hubby that.
Oops
He doesn't eat the food I put out for him but will eat it if Hubby or teen do it.
I'm not even his first choice when he comes in chattering away for food. Grrrrrr
I'll just have to wait for Indi to forgive me for my gallivanting. Hopefully he won't take too long and hopefully before I disappear again; back to work next week after six weeks where I'll be out all day.
Don't think he'll like that much.
Lol, they always sulk a bit then come back and love you again! :)
ReplyDeleteYeah, I know, darn cats. I wonder if big cats sulk. xx
DeleteTemperamental, isn't he?
ReplyDeleteJade/Shadows/Six Words
Yep! And moody. x
DeleteHe's making you feel bad for having a holiday when he didn't! :)
ReplyDeleteHaha, I know but he'd hate going anywehre as he hates the car and that's after we've spent ages trying to get him in the basket!
Deleteooh I use to have a cat like that, she would actually turn her back on you. My current two though come running no matter how long I have been away, and no matter how good their sitters have been. Not sure I could cope anymore with one who gets grumpy on my return!
ReplyDeleteIt was upsetting. he's back to his usual chatty self now though so it didn't last long. x
Deletesuch a sweet face!
ReplyDeleteThank you. He is rather cute. x
DeleteMy current cat tends to act clingy for a few days after I return from a long trip. Recently, we adopted a companion for her. I'm curious how she'll react to future lengthy absences of mine. :-)
ReplyDeleteThink I'd prefer clingy to being ignored. he used to be clingy. Think he's just fed up with it now. Be interesting to see now yours has a companion. xx
DeleteMy cat does the same thing when I've been away. Indi is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! It's kind of nice i guess as it means they miss us! x
